Equipment Manager


Objective:

The Practice Field Manager is responsible for ensuring the equipment being used and needed for practice is out on the field for the beginning of practices and is safely stored and secured in our equipment trailer at the end of practice.  This includes balls, cones, tackling dummies and our generator to power the lights when we start to get late into the season. i

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Practice Field Manager is responsible for making sure that team equipment needed for practice is on the field for the start of practices.
  • PFM will be responsible for our generator to power our lights during the later part of the season.  It's stored at the field and needs to be rolled out, plugged into our lights and powered on, then safely returned to our equipment trailer at the end of practices. 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • PFM. must have good communication skills.
  • PFM. must be in good health to carry out physical demands associated with managing the Practice Field.


Working Environment of a Practice Field Manager:

  • Usually works outdoors.
  • Time of working: Tuesday and Thursday evening 5:45 - 8:15.  There will also be times when additional time will be needed if we schedule additional practices or makeup practices.
